A safe future requires reliable data for autonomous systems. Successful annotation is about much more than tooling and manual labour. Our customers trust Annotell to guide them, and we are looking to expand our Customer Success team to accelerate that exciting journey!

About Annotell

Annotell provides an annotation management platform for creating safe autonomous systems. Our goal is to create value for our clients, and we are happy to have gained the trust of several major automotive OEMs and Tier1s, e.g. Zenuity and Smart Eye.

The role

The Customer Success team is our customers' best friend. We make them happy and gain their trust by making sure Annotell make good on its promises and deliver with quality and on time. But, like true friends, we also dare to tell the inconvenient truth and challenge their ideas. Our goal is not their happiness, but their success. That means we must understand their true goals and guide them in the right direction. In the long run, no one is happy from a good delivery of the wrong solution.

Being part of our Customer Success team means you will interact closely with both the sales and the product teams. You will also interact tightly with our customers and their machine learning teams. You will run our Guideline Agreement Process, analyse annotation statistics, lead projects, and be an evangelist for consistency in annotation projects. We are a growing company with a growing Customer Success team, so there will be many opportunities to shape your role, but also set ambitious goals and work in a high pace.

Who you are

You have the right mindset and passion – that is what we value the most. Experience is second place. We believe you have

  • A passion for learning
  • Genuine curiosity
  • An understanding of the fundamentals of machine learning
  • Experience from the automotive industry, preferably within ADAS
  • A structured way of working with some project leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pride in your deliveries and the courage to coach your customers

Location

We are operating on a global market and are looking for talents around the world. At this point, we are primarily interested in talents to the team in:
